Rate description for summer 2010

The rates mean per day per house for max. 10+2 people

The rates include:

    • usage of water
    • 3-hour jacuzzi usage
    • 3-hour Finnish sauna usage
    • free Internet
    • air-conditioning
    • gas
    • electricity
    • pool
    • paddling pool
    • usage of DVD
    • for children: board games, soccer table, mini ping pong, mini snooker
    • cooking possibilty
    • parking in the garden and in the garage
    • bed linen
    • final cleaning

Booking is possible from May to September only from Saturday to Saturday. Out of season for a min. of 2 nights.

Extra services and costs

    • city tax: Euro 1,5/night/person (over 18)
    • extra jacuzzi: Euro 16 / 1 hour
    • extra sauna: Euro 16 / 1 hour
    • security deposit: Euro 300/stay

We only provide you with the keys after paying the rent and giving us the security deposit. You also have to fill in our registaration form. We only give the security deposit back when you left the house the way you entered the day you arrived.

Number of people

Only the amount of people can stay in the house who have booked it in advanced. Strangers can not stay in the house.

Cleaning

We only clean the house at the end of your holiday. We do not clean every day. If you stay longer than 2 weeks we provide clean bed linen after the two weeks are over.

House rules

Please note that you also have to sign our house rules once you arrived.

Arrival and departure

You can move in only after 4pm and you have to leave the house at the end of your stay until 10am.

Booking

We only book the house by sending us 30% deposit via bank transfer.
